Ah, the antipasti platter - grazie mille, Italia! This is probably the perfect way to eat while you're drinking. A little bit of Prosciutto di Parma, a little bit of Salame Biellese Finocchiona, a little bit of Mortadella w/pistacchio, some cheese, like Sheep's Milk Ricotta , Torta al Mascarpone e Gorgonzola , Asiago DOP e Fontina Val d'Aosta , Sicilian Olives from Castelvetrano, artichokes hearts, figs jam, honey with sliced almonds, candy pecans, dry apricots and fresh fruit.- its perfect, its simple.....and now MANGIA!!
